Herns Residence
A modern new home on the drawing board at M. Designs Architects in Millbrae, CA. From the street, the house shows a crisp gabled form with painted siding, a stacked stone entry tower and a glass garage door. Behind, it steps down the slope in three levels of floor-to-ceiling glass under thin flat roofs, with glass-railed terraces, stone retaining walls and an infinity-edge pool set into the hillside.
