ABOUT US

M Designs Collections is a curated showroom for furniture, windows & doors, cabinetry, and unique and modern décor,  where thoughtful design meets considered living. We source with integrity, select for generations, and hold every product on our floor to a standard. We don't fill rooms. We complete them.

THE ROLE

The Floor Manager owns the floor, the experience, the team, the operations, and the standards. You are the first presence clients encounter and the person who keeps everything running with precision and warmth. This is a hands-on leadership role.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day rhythm of the showroom: opening with intention, closing with care, and driving everything in between. From managing vendor relationships and product knowledge to guiding clients through significant purchasing decisions, this role requires someone who leads by example and takes genuine pride in what they do.

This is also a role with a future. As M Designs Collections grows, in product offering, client base, and physical footprint, the right person in this seat will grow with it. We are building something built to last, and we want a Floor Manager who is, too.

As a representative of our brand, the Floor Salesperson / Manager is expected to maintain a polished, fashion-forward appearance that reflects the elevated aesthetic of our showroom. This role requires an individual with a strong sense of personal style and an appreciation for design, who can embody the sophistication and quality of the products we offer.
