The existing two-story motor-court buildings are wrapped in vertical wood slats that screen the upper guest walkways, set over a simple stone-gray base with tuck-under parking. Green living walls, a covered entry and lounge seating soften the street corner, while the inner courtyard is rebuilt around clean, continuous wood-clad wings.
